CHICKEN MARINADE DIJON, GARLIC, HONEY

Get your grill fired up because I have THE BEST MARINADE for chicken, pork, anything and everything! It is really simple and easy to make with 3 ingredients. Here yah go!

3-6 cloves Garlic minced (I love tons of garlic!)

1/4 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard (any brand works!)

2 Tablespoons Honey (or Brown Sugar)

2 Tablespoons Cold Water

Place inside a small bowl, mix until combined. Pour over any type of chicken; breasts, thighs, can be boneless or skinless. Allow meat to sit minimum of 2 hours. Better if allowed to marinade in the fridge overnight.

Cook on grill using indirect heat. If using a charcoal grill, once all turn gray place briquettes on one side of the grill.

It is important you test Chicken with an internal thermometer. It is cooked when thermometer reads 165 degrees and there an no pink juices seen when cut into.

I recommend trying this marinade with chicken thighs with skin on! The skin becomes all crunchy! It is goodness right off the grill! I try to eat healthy and lose weight so I use the marinade on thin sliced chicken breasts cutlets. I have also used to marinade portobello mushrooms (cook, blot dry prior to adding marinade. Also tried with tofu kabob bites.

Tip- if cooking inside while using this recipe remember that the sugar content may burn if cooked stovetop or in the oven. I recommend using an oven at 325 degree.
